Allotment

  1. Day filter shows all allotment for today. Change the filter to see monthly or daily.
  2. Date picker is to pick and show specific date or month.
  3. Block is to block the allotment.
  4. Allotment Capacity Utilization is the total capacity rate in a period of time according to the day filter.
  5. Total Allotment is the total number of seats that the restaurant has in a period of time according to the day filter.
  6. Booked Allotment is the total number of seats booked in the restaurant over a period of time according to the day filter.
  7. Available Allotment is the total number of seats un-booked in the restaurant over a period of time according to the day filter.
  8. The row represents hour time frame of the day.
  9. The column represents every 15 minutes of an hour ( quarter-hour ).
    • the 00 column : means exactly 00 o'clock, up to a quarter of an hour.
    • the 15 column : means a quarter of an hour, up to a half of an hour.
    • the 30 column : means a half of an hour, up to a three quarters of an hour.
    • the 45 column : means a three quarters of an hour, up to exactly 00 o'clock for the next hour.
  10. Card details:
    • Green cards represent time slots that are available
    • Red cards represent time slots that are unavailable
    • Grey cards represent time slots in the past
    • Total is represents total number of seats
    • Booked is represents total number of booked seats
    • Avail is represents total number of seats available
  11. Allotment Capacity Utilization Comparison is the table comparison between each hour in a period of time according to the day filter.

Restaurant Blocking

Blocking is the action to make all seats in the restaurant un-bookable or close down for a certain amount of time. Used only when the restaurant is closed, all seats has been reserved, ingredients ran out of stock etc. The restaurant may choose to block a day or a period of time ( limit to only a day per blocking) However, if there is a booking before the blocking, it is recommended for the restaurant to accept the booking. 

How to block allotment

  1. Log into the dashboard
  2. Go to Allotment Management menu
  3. Click

Edit allotment

  1. Log into the dashboard
  2. Go to Allotment Management menu *It is the same whether you select Adjust seat or Add seat. Here the result:
