Users enter the Gift Card code during the booking process
The Gift Card value is applied as a discount to the booking total.
If the booking amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using available payment methods.
If the booking amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance can be used for future bookings.
Usage Limitations :
Gift Cards valued under 1,000 THB are single-use only.
Gift Cards valued at 1,000 THB or more can be used multiple times until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.
Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single booking.
Booking Restrictions :
Bookings made using Gift Cards are non-editable and non-refundable.
Users must make a prepayment for any remaining balance after applying the Gift Card.
Gift Card Indicator : Clearly display an icon or label on participating restaurants/hotels that accept Gift Cards.Gift Card Entry Field : Provide a designated field during the booking process for users to enter their Gift Card codes (same field with the promo code field).Balance Display : Show the remaining balance of the Gift Card after each use.Error Handling : Provide clear error messages for invalid, expired, or inapplicable Gift Card codes.
