Virtual Team Lunch/Dinner

Purpose

This benefit supports team bonding by providing a budget for online team lunch or dinner events.

Eligibility

All full-time staff are eligible to receive the virtual lunch/dinner budget.

Budget

Every few months, eligible staff receive Rp 250,000 or $20, fixed and with no invoice required, to buy a meal for an online team lunch or dinner. The event will be announced in the announcement channel.

Pro-Rata Rule

Staff who join after the start of the month will receive 50% of the budget for that month under the pro-rata rule, and the full budget in the following month.

Example: A staff member hired on the 20th of the month receives Rp 125,000 / $10 for that month, and Rp 250,000 / $20 from the following month onward.

Participation

This benefit applies to everyone who joins the event. Participation in the event is encouraged but not mandatory.
