• Ticket Group = Voucher In Marketplace
• Ticket = Voucher
• VIM is same as package, so it can be sold multiple time.
• When User buying 1 VIM, it will create 1 new ticket that was linked to the VIM that they bought.

Voucher List Page

Voucher Redeem Section

You can input user voucher number, and click button Redeem to redeem the VIM.

QR Check-In Button

You can redeem the VIm by scanning their VIM barcode.

Filter Button

You can display a specific VIM list by adding a filter.

Create Voucher Button

You can create VIM by clicking this button. then fill the Form.

Ensure that the validity period end date is not the same as the selling period end date.

Export Button

• You can export the VIM List y clicking the export button.
• You can export the report into PDF or Excel

Voucher List Section

• Voucher ID : Displays the Voucher In Marketplace ID
• Voucher Name : Displays the name of VIM
• Price : Displays the VIM price
• Quantity : Displays how many voucher that can be sold from this VIM.
• Qty Sold : Displays how many voucher that sold.
• Qty Redeemed : Displays how many voucher that redeemed.
• Validity Period : Displays the validity period of the VIM.
• Action : Displays the Edit, Duplicate and Delete button.
  1. You can click Edit button if you want to edit the VIM details.
  2. You can click to duplicate the VIM.
  3. You can click to delete the VIM.

Voucher History Page

In this page you will see the list of redeemed voucher.

Search Section

• You can search the voucher redeeption history by inputing the voucher number.
• You can also input the Duration Date if you want to search it by the date.

Filter Button

You can filter the Voucher by Voucher Number, Voucher Details, Guest Details, Redeemed Time, or Redeemed Date.

Export Button

You can export the Redeemed Voucher report by clicking export button. You can export it into PDF or Excel, and you can pick to export it by Range Date or Single Date.

Voucher Redemption History Section

• Voucher Number : Displays the voucher number.
• Transaction Id : Displays the Voucher Transaction Id.
• Voucher Details : Displays the VIM Name.
• Guest Details : Displays the Guest details if any.
• Redeemed Date / Time : Displays the Redeemed Date and Time.
• Action : Displays the Add Guest Details button, if you want to add notes for Guest Details.
