Booking Filter Dropdown Section

On this section you can pick which type of booking you want to show.

BookingID Search Section

On this section you can insert the BookingID you want to search, and click the button search.

Filter Button

If you click the Filter Button it will shows something like this. You can search the Booking using this filter.

Create Booking Button

You can create Booking from partner portal by clicking this button. It will redirect to Create Booking Page, and you can fill the form to create the booking.

Export Button

You can export the Booking List by clicking Export Button. You can export it into PDF or Excel. Pick the Date type (Range Date or Single Date), and Input email address to send the export result.

Booking List Section

  • Booking ID : Show Booking ID and Booking History (if any)
    1. You can click the Booking ID and it will shows the Booking Details like this:
    2. You can click the Booking History if you want to know the history of that booking.
  • Date : Shows the Reservation Date.
  • Time : Shows the Reservation Time.
  • Customer Name : Shows the Custommer Name.

You can click the Customer Name and it will show Customer Details like this:

  • Package Type : It will shows booking type either Dine-In or Take Away
  • Package Details : It will shows Package Type (AYCE, PP, XP), Package Price, Pacakage Name
  • Party Size : It will shows how many Adult and Kid (if any) on that booking
  • Paid Amount : It will shows how many user paid for this booking.
    1. It will shows the percentage of payment and payment method if it was prepaid or deposit package.
    2. It will show the due payment if it was pay on restaurant package.
    3. You can click the More Details to know the payment detail like this:
  • Special Request : It will shows user Special Request and Occations Tags.
  • Action : It will shows 3 button Status, Other, and Edit.
    1. If you click Status button, it will shows button to Mark as Arrived and button to mark booking as No Show.
    2. if you click Other button, it will shows button to Send Confirmation To User and Button to Send Custom SMS.
    3. If you click Edit button, it will redirected to edit booking page. If you click Edit button on past booking it will show popup notification
