Allotment management glossary

Features

Allotment management filter

You can choose daily or monthly allotment views.

1. If you select daily view, allotment is shown in 15-minute intervals.
2. If you select monthly view, allotment is shown per day.

Date filter

Current date is selected by default. Use < and > to change date, or use the date picker icon.

Edit allotment button

Click Edit Allotment, update values, and click Apply.

Block button

You can block specific dates and times when the restaurant must be closed. If you are logged in as a group, branch columns are available.

Branch section

On the top-left of the page, branch list is shown for group login.

Summary sections

• Allotment Capacity Utilization: the percentage of total booked allotment.
• Total Allotment: the total allotment for the entire restaurant.
• Booked Allotment: total booked allotment.
• Available Allotment: total remaining allotment.

Allotment management cards

• The section will show allotment based on selected filter.
• Daily view: cards every 15 minutes.
• Monthly view: cards per day.

There are 4 card colors:

1. Grey: past date/time.
2. Green: can still be booked, with healthy seat availability.
3. Red: full or blocked.
4. Orange: can still be booked, but seats are running low.

Click the Details icon on a card to view full allotment details, including total/booked/available seats and package availability.
