Features

Allotment Management Filter

You can pick to show the allotment management daily or monthly.

1. 1. If you select the daily view, it will show the allotment in 15-minute intervals for each hour.
   

   2. If you select the monthly view, it will display the allotment for each day.

Date Filter

The current date is displayed by default. You can click the < and > buttons to change the date. or you can click the icon to pick the date that you want.

Edit Allotment Button

To edit the full allotment template, click 'Edit Allotment,' make the necessary changes, and click 'Apply' to save your edits.

Block Button

You can block specific dates and times if you need to close your restaurant or prevent users from booking during that period. you can see branch column, if you logged in as group.

Branch Section

On the top left of the page, you can see branch list, if you logged in as group.

Allotment Capacity Utilization Section

It will show how many of the total booked allotment on percentage (daily or monthly based on the filter you used).

Total Allotment Section

It will show how many of the total allotment that you have for the entire restaurant (daily or monthly based on the filter you used).

Booked Allotment Section

It will show how many of the total booked allotment (daily or monthly based on the filter you used).

Available Allotment Section

It will show how many of the total allotment are available (daily or monthly based on the filter you used).

Allotment Management Section

• It will shows the allotment based on what you want to see.
  1. If you select Daily, the allotment will be displayed by card every 15 minutes on every hour.
  2. If you select Monthly, the allotment will be displayed by card per day.
• There any 3 types of card color:
  1. Grey : It means the hour or the day already in the past.
  2. Green : It means the hour or the day is still can be book, and still have a lot of seat available.
  3. Red : It means that the hour or the day was full or blocked.
  4. Orange : It means that the hour or date is still can be book, but the seat was running low.
• Click the 'Details' icon on the card to view the full allotment details, including the total allotment, booked seats, available seats, and the list of available packages for that time slot.
