SevenRooms Reservation Statuses

This document explains the synchronization between SevenRooms reservation status and HungryHub reservation statuses.

Default Statuses

SevenRooms provides a set of default reservation statuses, categorized as either Pre-Service or In-Service.

  • Pre-Service statuses are used for tracking your guests' journey before they are seated at your venue. The following statuses are created by default. You can toggle off any status by clicking the corresponding toggle or change the name and color of each status.
  • In-Service statuses are used to track your guests' journey after they have been seated at your venue. The following statuses are default within SevenRooms but you can customize and disable any status with a toggle.

Custom Statuses

SevenRooms provides you ability to add new reservation statuses if there are additional statuses your restaurant would like to use. Reservation statuses you create will be named CUSTOM_1CUSTOM_2, and so on and have their display name set to the value you provide.
