SevenRooms Reservation Statuses
This document explains the synchronization between SevenRooms reservation status and HungryHub reservation statuses.
Default Statuses
SevenRooms provides a set of default reservation statuses, categorized as either Pre-Service or In-Service.
- Pre-Service statuses are used for tracking your guests' journey before they are seated at your venue. The following statuses are created by default. You can toggle off any status by clicking the corresponding toggle or change the name and color of each status.
- In-Service statuses are used to track your guests' journey after they have been seated at your venue. The following statuses are default within SevenRooms but you can customize and disable any status with a toggle.
Custom Statuses
SevenRooms provides you ability to add new reservation statuses if there are additional statuses your restaurant would like to use. Reservation statuses you create will be named CUSTOM_1, CUSTOM_2, and so on and have their display name set to the value you provide.

| WRONG_NUMBER | Pre-Service | Wrong Number | An attempt to contact the guest was made, but they provided the wrong phone number. | |
| CONFIRMED | Pre-Service | Confirmed | The guest has confirmed the booking. | |
| PRE_ARRIVED | Pre-Service | Arrived | The expected number of guests in the party have arrived at the venue. | |
| PRE_PARTIALLY_ARRIVED | Pre-Service | Partially Arrived | A partial number of guests in the party has arrived at the venue. | |
| LATE | Pre-Service | Late | The guest has not arrived at the expected arrival time of the booked reservation. | |
| CANCELED | Pre-Service | Canceled | The guest has canceled the previously booked reservation. | |
| NO_SHOW | Pre-Service | No Show | The guest never arrived at the venue to fulfill the reservation. | |
| NO_ENTRY | Pre-Service | No Entry | The guest was not permitted entry to the venue (Nightlife Only). | |
| ARRIVED_PARTIAL | In-Service | Partially Seated | A partial number of guests in the party have been seated. | |
