Production Support Environment Meeting Summary

• After the deployment activity, HH will remain Dev/Test environment to connect with AOA’s production support (hot fix) environment to support production incident.

(HH will fix the defect in Dev/Test – Local and deploy to Dev/Test environment to test together with AOA. After the result is verified, HH will then deploy to production environment)

• There is no additional cost to remain Dev/Test environment after the deployment activity.
