Objective
In order to increase seating (allotments) and also provides better experience. We can avoid the restaurant wasting a space to wait on during check in process by develop Pre-select menu feature in our platforms.
Possibilities
Gain Customers:
- Don't have to queue on-site. Partners:
- Reduce operation process on-site.
- Default menu will help partners manage to push lower cost menu to customers.
Pain Customers:
- Menu selection is mandatory on booking process. Partners:
- More on boarding process. Operation team:
- CS can be called to change special menu.

Increase satisfaction rating from both partners and customers by reducing time spent on site and let customer have choice to select menu before dine.
