Add/edit/remove a limit of numbers per voucher before the selling period.

Mik from Operations Team is assigned to onboard a new voucher for Jumbo Seafood Restaurant. Jumbo Seafood provides a total number of 100 vouchers to be sold for 9฿ each. The vouchers will be sold on HH from 19-30 June 2023. Jumbo Seafood Restaurant also puts a limitation that one user can only buy 1 voucher throughout the campaign (i.e. 19-30 June).
Can also put a single date for duration.
So, when Mik normally fills up the voucher information. Mik has to tick "Limit per user" checkbox. Then, there is text input field appeared. Mik puts in a limit number per user there, which is 1. The final step Mik need to do is to save the details.
One week later, Jumbo Seafood Restaurant contacts us to remove the limit per user. Mik edits the voucher details and untick "Limit per user" checkbox. Then Mik saves the details.
2 days later, Jumbo Seafood Restaurant contacts us to change the limit per user to be 3 vouchers. Mik edits the voucher details and change the "Limit per user" input field to be 3 then Mik clicks save the details.
3 days after started selling this voucher, Jumbo Seafood contacted us again to increase the limit per user to be 5 vouchers. Mik tries to edit the text input field for "Limit per user" but he cannot do that because the selling period has already started and this text field becomes disabled.

Order the voucher with a limit per user (HH app > Store Page)
Today Pat is going to buy the 9฿ voucher on Jumbo Seafood Restaurant page that has a 3 vouchers limit per user. So, Pat follows the steps as usual and during the checkout process, Pat increases the quantity of the vouchers from zero to one, two, three. When he tries to increase the number to four, a small text displays with a message "Maximum 3 vouchers per user". Pat ends up creating an order of 3 vouchers from Jumbo Seafood.
The next day, Pat returns to our website again to find that this voucher is not sold out yet. He starts the order process by clicking the (+) icon but a small text displays with a message "You have reached maximum number of this voucher" . Pat cannot buy anymore voucher that day.
But he really wants more vouchers so he signs out of his account and tries to order the voucher. As soon as he starts the voucher order journey or if he clicks (+) icon, a small text displays with a message "Please Log in/Sign up to buy a voucher".
