Limit VIM per user

Overview

Objective

Due to the limited number of vouchers that the commercial team has acquired for HH 9 years anniversary, we need to limit the number of the vouchers per user so that more number of users can buy the special price vouchers. The feature must be deployed in time for operations team to do the setting and ready for the campaign to use on our web/app from 19th of June onwards.

Possibilities

Gain Customers:

1. Can buy the special price vouchers for the 9 years anniversary campaign Partners:
2. Can sell the vouchers on our platform
3. Can provide the same amount of vouchers but reach more number of customers Operations team:
4. Can do the setting to limit a number of voucher per user via the admin dashboard

Pain Customers:

1. Can only buy a limited number of vouchers per user
2. Must be a registered user and log in in order to buy a voucher with a limit number per user Operations team:
3. More setting to do for voucher in market place set up

• Must be in time for the campaign to go live on 19 June 2023
• A user can only buy a maximum number of vouchers as allowed for each type of vouchers per day or throughout the selling period
• Less than 5 highly severe bugs on release
