Print Menu with Price

Context : In the HH menu v2 and v3, there is no package price

Solution :

• Display package price beside the package name
• Can show / hide the package price based on the setting (when the tickbox active, will show. vice versa) → Inactive by default
• If Dynamic pricing (price by day/party size), will follow the highest price
• Please note that this setting is only for printing the menu, not implemented to the client side
