EpicThere are over a thousand restaurants in the system. With only 3 full-time account managers, some accounts are overlooked because they have a few or zero booking. This creates a bad experience for our customers who book at these restaurants and got rejected by the restaurant on the dining date either because they are permanently closed, don't remember HH or no longer offer the promotion they initially signed up with us. Also the notifications of these accounts will help prevent these low traffic accounts from leaving us for good if account managers can approach them in time.
