  • What is a Zombie account ?

    Zombie account is a partner account that has not received any bookings for 30 days.

  • What happens to a zombie account when it is in the system or if it receives a booking?

    The account will remain a zombie until it is cured. Zombie Police will also send an alert if it receives a booking.

  • How to cure a zombie account?

    HH admin can remove the zombie status from the Restaurant List on admin dashboard.

    Usually this is done by the account manager who will contact the Partner to adjust the promotion or find out why there is no booking.

What will happen next?

1: The day that an account has become zombie 🧟 .

The system will send an e-mail as a zombie alert

Recipients: ravi@hungryhub.com, Account manager's e-mail (if none: earth@hungryhub.com) Subject: 🧟 Zombie Account Alert! Resto ID:[Resto ID] Body: Dear account manager,

[Restaurant Name] has no booking for 30 days. Please contact the restaurant/hotel/partner for an account review.
[Restaurant Manager's e-mail], [Restaurant Manager's phone no.]

2: If a zombie account got a booking?

The system will send an e-mail

Recipients: support@hungryhub.com Subject: 🧟 Zombie Account Booking Alert! For [DD/MM/YYYY] Body: Dear CS team,

[Booking ID] at [Restaurant Name], which is a zombie account, was created. Please contact the restaurant/hotel/partner to verify the account status and also the customer (if required).

3: If a zombie account is cured

HH admin will uncheck Zombie status of the partner account
