Key findings (feed the plan)
- No QA started yet. ClickUp “Test Case” (
86d2ry9r4, owners Detta, wiwik, Rina) = not started. Matches the verified gap: no Vitest/Cypress infra inapps/ionic. → Phase 0 is real and urgent. - Legacy still ships → drift. Four open
sync-driftissues (#947–#950) auto-filed from mergedhh-pegasusPRs. Direct evidence for R3 (feature freeze) — every legacy PR re-opens the parity gap. - Regression appetite exists, harness doesn’t. Issues #469, #711 and ClickUp “Add regression coverage…” ask for tests, but there’s no runner. Phase 0 unblocks them.
- Big unmigrated surfaces remain: Guest QR Pay-Now (~14 issues), booking-confirmation (9), View Menu (11), checkout shared-* waves (~16), apps/web Nuxt SSR (9). Parity is not close — reinforces realistic timeline.
