Backup Plan:

1. Daily: Everyday at 2 AM (7 days retention)

2. Weekly: Every Sunday at 2 AM (14 days retention)

3. Monthly: Every 1st of the month at 2 a.m. (30 days retention)

   Since the delete_after rule must be at least 90 days after cold_storage_after,

4. For Long-term: Every 4 months at 2 a.m. (120 days with cold storage (recommended)

   • 30 days in normal storage
   • 90 days in cold storage (cheaper)
   • Total 120 days retention
