Netcore Migration Notes

Since we gonna stop clevertap service, we'll migrate to netcore step by step. Actually we'll implement all their service, but for priority migration:
- Basic Setup
- User Tracking
- Event Tracking
- Notification & App Inbox (Apps)
- Location Tracking
- Product Experience
For User and Event Tracking we'll go pararelly. Keep clevertap while implementing netcore. And after fully implemented and live we'll remove clevertap code in our app.
