Terms and conditions when working on a task

Add estimation hours

Add the number of hours you need to complete the task. Include buffer time in your estimate. Example: If you expect a task to take 3 hours, enter 4 hours to account for uncertainty.

Please update your estimation hours if you need more time in the middle of the sprint.

Add sprint points

We use points based on difficulty level, as shown below.

Add a due date

Set a due date for every task. The due date helps the team track sprint progress and ensures work is completed within the sprint cycle. Choose a date that aligns with your estimated hours and any dependencies.
