Performance Stats Email
Performance Stat Emails is an automated outbound email program that delivers performance summaries of each restaurant partner’s previous period. The program has two cadences:
- Weekly — Sent every Monday at 9:00 AM ICT. Covers the previous Monday through Sunday.
- Monthly — Sent on the 1st of every month at 9:00 AM ICT. Covers the previous calendar month. Both emails are sent to the registered Restaurant Email associated with the active Hungry Hub account. Each email covers Sales, Covers, Conversion Rate, No Show Rate, Best Selling Package, Top Channels, Top Countries, and a Capacity Utilization Matrix (Monthly) that aggregates timeslot GMV into color-coded time blocks to highlight operational bottlenecks. The emails support all active markets (TH, SG, MY) with localized currency rendering (THB, S$, RM) and use a consistent display logic across cadences. This feature replaces the previous “Average Diners Seated” logic and the separate “Benchmark Weekly Growth” widget (benchmarks are now rendered inline inside each Key Stats card).
Objectives
- Automatically notify active restaurant partners of their performance metrics via email on the configured cadence (weekly Monday 9 AM ICT, monthly 1st 9 AM ICT).
- Re-activate dormant partners (those with zero bookings in the previous period) with a tailored Zero Booking Activation Email variant.
- Surface operational bottlenecks through the Capacity Utilization Matrix (Monthly — time-block GMV heatmap).
- Provide a city-level benchmark for each primary metric so partners can gauge performance against their local peer group.
- Display directional growth (MoM/MoW %) with consistent color coding (Green positive, Red negative, Black for 0%).
- Reduce inbound Calendly/AM booking volume by giving partners self-service visibility of their KPIs.
