Features

  • Channel was used to classify where the booking came from.
  • Channel tag:
    1. Group Name (Used in Reports)
    2. URI Name
    3. Vendor → vendor name
    4. Default → Default value for channel in booking data if no specific channel name is linked to the booking
    5. Manual → To mark the booking that manually added by admin
    6. Ack always TRUE → The booking made from this channel will be automatically marked as back.
    7. For External Booking → To mark the booking that is not manual channel
    8. Hold Credit Card → To allow the booking made from this channel to charge using on hold payment
    9. Charge Credit Card → To allow the booking made from this channel to charge upon booking
    10. Offer Booking Assistance? → This channel offering booking assistance widget
    11. Accept big group? → To mark the channel if it accept big group booking
    12. Show in owner dashboard? → To show the channel name on the partner portal booking page
  • Other Channel settings:
    1. Name → channel name
    2. Phone Type → channel phone number Restaurant means will use restaurant phone number Custom means add custom phone number (on custom phone field) Default means will use global channel hotline defined at admin setting
