Engineering Project Rules
Description This project is not from the product team, can be from B2B marketing team, CRM and other stakeholders. Purposes: Upgrade developer knowledge, soft skills & communication Roles:
- All developers can have the opportunity to lead this project (board Requests from CRM team)
- Developers who are assigned this project, then the priority tasks that are still pending can be done first. and the implementation can be done in teamwork, and required responsibility in completing the project.
- For daily reports, report directly to me.
- This project will be assigned alternately, in order to create evenly distributed knowledge.
- Becomes an added value for KPIs in technology skills, systems, people, process and influence.
