Building Project

Building and iterating how the project should be done during the sprint.

Implementation:

  1. Essential Output: Main goals for the Feature are implemented or the bug is fixed on the HungryHub (HH) platform and ready to be tested by QA.
  2. Outcomes & Value derived:
    1. The feature is implemented according to the PRD and design, or the bug is fixed according to the expected result.
    2. The feature or the bug fix has been smoke-tested to ensure the feature’s main goal is ready to be tested by QA.

Testing:

  1. Essential Output: The product has been tested, main goals for the feature are implemented properly according to the PRD and design.
  2. Outcomes & Value derived:
    1. The product is tested and the main goals for the product are implemented properly according to the PRD and design.

Defect Evaluation:

  1. Essential Output: Clear distinction between which tickets should be delivered in the sprint. Low-value tickets are moved to the next sprint/cooldown period.
  2. Outcomes & Value derived:
    1. QA arranges a meeting to prioritize tickets, and the team determines which tickets should be delivered in the sprint.
    2. Low-value tickets are moved to the next sprint/cooldown period.
    3. Ticket prioritization results are reported to the PM and receive approval from the PM.
